Annual General Meeting - all welcome. REMEMBER - this is your club!
AGM & Roles - 22nd November 2024
Further information below re MMSC Committee and roles -
Please note - all roles are open to all members
One part of the AGM is electing the Officers and Committee and ahead of the meeting we need to have had all nominations through and these seconded. All role descriptions can be found on Swim Club Manager in the "Documents" section under "Job Descriptions".

In order for the club to run we need:
President - (currently Liz Rawson)
Chairperson (currently Jenny Beech)
Secretary (currently Kate Rose)
Treasurer (currently Hazel Glassford)
Committee - 8 members
In previous years we have produced physical sign up sheets at the pool but we don't have notice board anymore(!) so please can I ask for volunteers for any of the roles to be emailed to [email protected] ASAP and and by Monday 18 November. We will then arrange for seconding of the nominations.
Being an Officer or Committee member is a great way to be part of the club. We will try and arrange a virtual meeting for any newer members and those who want more information on the roles. You can also grab anyone of the current Officers or Committee members at the pool to have a chat.
MMSC is run by a fantastic team of volunteers and the more help and volunteers that we can get spreads the load and enables us to achieve even more. We all really appreciate everyone that helps to keep the club running 🙂
