Renewal & Intention: A New Moon Sound Bath
Step into the quiet magic of the New Moon and welcome the energy of new beginnings. This 60-minute sound bath with Rebecca invites you to release what’s past and attune to your heart’s intentions for the year ahead. Immersed in the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls gong and chimes you’ll experience deep relaxation nervous-system reset and clarity of mind.
No experience is necessary; simply rest receive and allow the sound to guide you toward renewal and aligned intention.
What to bring:
It is necessary for you to bring your own yoga mat and anything you need for comfort - such as bolsters pillows and blankets. Please dress comfortably for this event as you will be lying down to fully absorb into the vibrations of the sound bowls.
Zero-gravity chairs:
If you have had a recent injury or surgery or have issues with sitting and lying down on the floor you can reserve a Zero-Gravity chair for your comfort! These come with a pillow and can recline easily. Limited number available.
