Come immerse yourself in the layers of frequencies & vibrations with the beautiful sounds of gong, crystal bowls, himalayan bowls, drums, chimes & more as you float on top of water. Not only does water make a perfect medium for sound + intensifies the vibrations & frequencies, the acoustics of the swimming pool intensifies this further.
You'll be lying on floatation airbeds surrounded by fairy lights and candles as I conduct the Sound Bath.
With only a maximum group of 12, this enables me to create a personal experience.
Located at a beautiful private swimming pool in Cransley surrounded by nature.
IMPORTANT INFO:
Even though you should not find yourself submerged in the water you may get a little wet getting on and off the bed. I recommend attendee's arrive at the event wearing swimwear with shorts/leggings & a t-shirt. Bring a spare change of clothing + towel.
You will need to place your feet in the water on the first step leading into the swimming pool to safely get on the airbed so wearing shorts or trousers that can be rolled up is recommended.
YOU WILL need to sign a waiver prior to attending the Sound Bath to be able to participate and it is strongly recommended that YOU ARE CONFIDENT IN & AROUND WATER.
Sound Bath's are for everyone. You don't have to be spiritual to feel the benefits of this amazing ancient practice.
It is truly a treat for the mind & body!
