In addition to the 4 intensive weekends there will also be a 90 min zoom call every approx every 2 weeks on Mondays from 6:00pm-7:30pm that are mandatory to watch or attend. The intensive weekends can also be attended on zoom.

There will be about 1-2 hours of homework required per week with a commitment to integration of the practices that you will learn into your personal life.
A Manual will be provided to you full of techniques and theory.
Certificate will be presented as a Embodiment Guide.
