We’re thrilled to be teaming up with The Enchanted Chapter Book Club once again for a magical, book-filled morning of creativity, community, and cosy vibes.
This is the perfect workshop for book lovers, creatives, and anyone who wants to try something a little bit different.

📚✨ Bring any book you like to life
You’ll be painting the page edges of a hardback book — creating your own beautiful, decorative design inspired by the story you choose.

🎨 What We’re Painting
The edge of a book of your choice!
Simply bring along a hardback book of your choice.
We’ll guide you step-by-step to create a design that reflects its world, mood, or characters — from whimsical florals to magical scenes.
📘 A Little Note About Your Book
We’ll always take care while helping you decorate your book, but because we’re working with paint, there is a chance of colour transferring onto the edges of inner pages.
For this reason, we recommend bringing a book that isn’t limited edition, rare, or personally precious.
Second-hand or charity shop finds are perfect for this craft.
We will drop you an email closer to the time, to find out which book you’re bringing, so we can help you plan your design!
👩🎨 Do I Need to Know How to Paint?
Not at all.
We truly believe everyone is an artist, and we’ll take you through everything gently and supportively. Whether you’re brand new to painting or already love to create, you’ll feel right at home.

We provide all the creative essentials:
Individual support and guidance to bring your ideas to life
Your choice of Watercolour or Acrylic paints
Palettes
Brushes
Aprons
Tape, Covers and clamps to protect your book as best as possible
You’ll head home with a beautifully personalised book and the confidence to keep creating long after the event.

Coffee #1 will have delicious drinks and festive treats available to purchase — perfect for keeping warm and cosy while you paint.

£25 per person
Spaces are limited, so early booking is strongly recommended for this magical morning!
ℹ️ Other Important Info
Dress Code: Wear clothes you don’t mind getting a little paint on.
Photography: We love capturing the joy of our events. If you’d prefer not to be photographed, just let us know when you arrive.
Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable, but with 48 hours’ notice we’re happy to transfer you to a future event.
Ages: Not recommended for young children. Book-loving teens are welcome with a paying adult.
