It's happening!!!Kith Community is excited to announce our inaugural 2026 Wellness Women's event, SOLAR SUNDAYS!!! �
Solar Sundays is a alcohol, drug, phone and judgement-free morning movement party facilitated by Kith Women’s Community creator and wellness practitioner Chantal Eva (B. Arts, Contemporary Dance Major) designed to elevate your vibration as you sweat your prayers! The purpose is to revitalise and lift you physically and energetically to some funky beats with a fun and wholesome sisterhood preceded by a short meditation and set of soma release exercises to reset your parasympathetic nervous system.
Solar Sundays is brought to you by KITH Women’s community is a safe and welcoming space for connection and community with like-hearted women seeking fun offline adventures, friendship, community, sisterhood as well as a focus on wellbeing and spirituality. Kith Community’s aim is to gather like-minded people who enjoy being active and trying new things and are looking for other females to team up with. No pressure, just easy company, making amazing memories and giving ourselves a well-deserved break from mental load through wholesome fun and easy, comforting wellbeing and spiritual activities.
Kith welcomes women of all ages, faiths and political persuasions. However, we are first and foremost a safe place for women gathering to feel like they can be, don’t have to give too much of themselves and can take a break from mental load. Our aim is to provide community group activities that promote common ground bonding via a shared focus on wellbeing, support, wholesome entertainment and time in nature.
