Everyone is welcome to join Lennox Meditation to meditate, explore and share together in a supportive community.We meet every 2nd and 4th Thursday from 6pm at the Lennox Head Cultural Centre, “CWA Hall”.
A guided Meditation starts at 6:15pm.
Cost is $5 to cover the rent/costs and Dana/donation for the teacher.
Beginners and experienced meditators, Locals and Visitors are most welcome.
BYO cushion/meditation stool, shawl, water bottle etc. Chairs are also available.
