Join us for the next Solar Saturday, a site-wide activation, at Carver Museum ATX sponsored by PNC Bank! This month we'll be partnering with organizations like Illume Healing 7, the D. Wood Foundation, and many more as we put mental health and wellness into focus. Honoring the life of Chameleon Brenden Foster, we are gathering for this Solar Saturday on the same day as the City of Austin's 'CHMLNKNG Day', to bring you live music, museum tours, informational session, talks, hands-on art activities, a grief jam, and financial workshops that aim to encourage open conversations about mental health awareness, how to access resources, and information about ways to support community members in crisis. The Carver is dedicated to creating a safe space for community to share, listen, grow, and heal. Bring yourself and your loved ones to the museum on Saturday, April 6th 2024 from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. for a special day of remembrance and solidarity. Free and open to the public, all ages.
