Solar Plexus Chakradance – Ignite Your Inner Power, Purpose & Confidence
The Solar Plexus Chakra is the center of personal power, self-worth, confidence, and inner fire. When this chakra is balanced, we feel clear, motivated, and confident in who we are and the choices we make. When it’s out of balance, we may struggle with self-doubt, people-pleasing, procrastination, or a lack of direction.
This Solar Plexus Chakradance class invites you to reconnect with your inner strength and ignite the fire within through sacred movement, music, and guided imagery.
As we dance, we create a safe and supportive space to release self-limiting beliefs, old conditioning, and patterns that dim our light — allowing confidence, clarity, and self-trust to rise naturally from within.
This class is part of the Freedom Chakradance Series, a journey through each chakra designed to support healing, embodiment, and alignment. Each class can be experienced on its own or as part of the full series.
In this Solar Plexus Chakradance experience, you may:
• Strengthen your sense of self and personal power
• Release fear, self-doubt, and inner criticism

• Cultivate confidence, courage, and self-trust

Through movement, music, and mandala art, we allow the body to express what words often cannot — gently awakening confidence and restoring balance in the Solar Plexus chakra.
