In this interactive cooking class, our instructor, Wilma Ho, will guide you through creating a menu of popular dishes from different regions of China. From the flaky green onion cakes, to flavorful Shanghai noodles, and sweet pumpkin cakes, this experience will introduce you to new favorites to enjoy this fall. Along the way, Wilma will share her stories, cultural insights, and the secret ingredients that make these dishes special.
Whether you’re a seasoned home cook or just starting out, this hands-on class welcomes all skill levels. Come on your own or bring friends and family for a lively afternoon of cooking, connection, and great food!
