Solar Circuit is a jamtronic electropop quartet blending female-led trance vocals, live improvisation, and nostalgic eurotrance energy into a high-energy, dance-driven live experience. Known for their relentless “controlled chaos,” the band fuses live instruments and electronics into an emotive, synth-forward sound that lives at the intersection of trance, jam, and modern electropop.
Built for movement and momentum, Solar Circuit’s shows flow seamlessly between driving dance grooves and exploratory improvisation- equal parts club energy and jam-band spontaneity. With extensive national touring under their belt, they’ve delivered standout performances at venues and festivals including The Caverns, Elements Festival, Domefest, Mountain Music Festival, Beardfest, and Summerdance. Formed in Philadelphia, Solar Circuit has shared the stage and collaborated with a wide range of artists including Lotus, Papadosio, Pigeons Playing Ping Pong, Dopapod, Spafford, TAUK, Andy Frasco, Karina Rykman, Big Something, Break Science, and more.
Their latest studio single, “Hold On Tight,” alongside live soundboards on Nugs.net, a constant growing catalog of originals and reimagined genre-spanning covers, showcase a unit in constant forward motion- designed for the dancefloor and the deep dive alike.
