Sol Saturdays- July

Hi Solmates! We are SO excited for our next opportunity to move, sweat and share in community with you!

Join us for our July SOL SATURDAY!!!

The 1st Saturday of each month June-October, we will be partnering with the best local fitness studios to bring you 3 FREE outdoor fitness classes outside of our Sloan's Lake store. Classes will be at 9am, 10am & 11am and we will have 20 spots per class.

This month we will have Corepower yoga teaching a C2 Vinyasa class at 9am, and a bodyweight sculpt class at 10am. At 11am, Rowhouse will be teaching one of their signature rowing and resistance training classes!

Classes will be appropriate for a wide range of abilities and will focus on helping you live your Whole Sol!

Please bring lots of water, sunscreen, a yoga mat & a towel!

Please arrive early and check in when you arrive for class.

Class Descriptions:

Corepower C2: Turn stress into sweat with a signature class to strengthen, balance and detoxify your entire body and mind as you move through more challenging postures with connected breath. Power up your yoga practice like never before.

Corepower Sculpt: When muscle meets yoga, Yoga Sculpt is born. Boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you move to upbeat tracks. You’ll combine body weight exercises with CorePower Yoga 2 sequencing and cardio to intensify each yoga pose while mixing in strength-training moves like squats, lunges and bicep curls.

Rowhouse: Build aerobic endurance and muscular strength all in one workout. With a challenging combination of classes that incorporate resistance training, rowing and stretching, you will get the most out of a Row House workout.
