SOL presents the new year new moon: A return to self.

2:00pm — Arrival & Ceremonial Cacao
Guests are welcomed into the space with a warm cup of ceremonial cacao to soften the body and open the heart. As people roll in you'll be asked to set an intention or goal for the new year under the new moon. This is a moment for people to arrive, breathe, and settle before we begin.

2:30pm — 75-Minute Mandala Yoga Flow
A dynamic yet accessible practice designed to reconnect you with your body. Expect mindful movement, playful and intentional sequencing, a space to explore your own rhythm. All levels are welcome — this is about feeling, not performing.

3:45pm — Sound Bath Journey (60 Minutes)
You’ll be guided into stillness through an immersive sound bath using grounding frequencies. This deep rest experience helps release tension, soothe the nervous system, and create clarity for the year ahead.

4:45pm — Closing Tea & Cakes
We end the afternoon together with herbal tea and freshly made cakes and bites, a soft landing, space to integrate, connect with community, or simply enjoy a quiet moment before heading back into your evening.
