We’re bringing together donation based Yoga and donation based Pilates for an accessible, affordable workout to work in! Workout with Hannah while she guides you through an all levels Pilates session followed by a work in with Lacey guiding you through a restorative yoga session. All in this hour long Pilates/Yoga fusion bringing you the opportunity to strengthen your muscles and elevate your spirit!What is Pilates?? Pilates is a strength building exercise focused on functional movement and core stability. Perfect for toning the body and sharpening the mind!
What is Restorative Yoga?? Restorative Yoga is conscious relaxation that can help achieve overall well-being as you release tension and stress through passive stretching and guided meditation. Perfect for relaxing the body and expanding the spirit!
