Sol 2 Sol: Master Your Energy

SOL 2 SOL is a wellness-centered experience created to encourage healing, creativity, self-expression, and authentic connection among men in our community.

Hosted by Solfull Poetry and moderated by Jachin Ammons, this event brings together wellness, conversation, movement, and creativity in one intentional space designed for growth and reflection.

Through yoga, wellness workshops, creative exercises, open dialogue, live art, and community engagement, SOL 2 SOL creates an environment where men can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and explore wellness in a grounded and approachable way.

This experience is centered around mental wellness, emotional awareness, creativity, brotherhood, and personal growth, offering space for both vulnerability and inspiration.

Whether attending to reflect, create, connect, or simply be present, guests can expect an uplifting atmosphere rooted in community, expression, and care.
