The 1835 Network brings together the next generation of rural professionals for information and engaging talks, workshops and networking. Our first event is hosted by Reaseheath College and we will be hearing from Ella Wheeler from KMT Farming & Consultancy who will be leading an interactive discussion about soil sustainability and how to improve soil health.

ELLA WHEELER
Ella grew up on her family organic beef farm in Cheshire; this sparked a real passion for farming and the natural environment. She graduated from Harper Adams University in 2022 with a degree in Countryside and Environmental Management, from here she took a graduate position at ADAS as a graduate Agricultural Consultant to her two passions, she hasn’t looked back since!
Ella now works for KMT Farming & Consultancy, undertaking nutrient management plans, soil sampling, grant applications she supports the director Keith with all things business management, including business plans, cash flows and budgets.
