Join us for an eye-opening talk that challenges the traditional role of QA in software development. Instead of treating quality as a final checkpoint—or even as a supporting function—this session will make the case for embedding quality at every stage of the development lifecycle ?
Rick and Anne will introduce the Q-Everything approach, a model that redefines how teams plan, build, release, and monitor software:
? Q-Planning: Build quality in from day one with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
? Q-Development: Empower developers to own quality with clean code, TDD, and pair programming.
? Q-Automation: Integrate testing into the tech stack—unit, integration, E2E—to catch issues early.
? Q-Release: Streamline with CI/CD pipelines that ensure every build is ready to ship.
