About this Event
Welcome to the Softening into Spring Women's Circle!
Come join us at Cedar Heights Community Hall on March 22, 2026 from 2:00-4:00PM for a rejuvenating experience.
Let's gather together to embrace the changing season and nurture our spirits as we transition into spring.
This event is a space for women to connect, relax, and set intentions for the season.
No matter where you are in life, this circle is a place for reflection, healing, and empowerment.
Bring your open heart and join us for a meaningful afternoon in the company of like-minded women.
Whats included:
- Cedar Smudging: A cleansing ritual using the smoke of burned cedar to clear stagnant or heavy energy from a person or space. Cedar is traditionally associated with protection, grounding, and purification. Participants often set a quiet intention while the smoke is gently cleansed around them.
- Cacao: A ceremonial-style drinking chocolate made from pure cacao, used to support heart-opening, emotional connection, and presence. It’s often shared in a mindful setting to encourage reflection, community, and gentle energy.
- Water Release Ceremony: A symbolic ceremony where participants release emotions, thoughts, or experiences they are ready to let go of into water. This will involve writing it down and dissolving in the water to let go.
- Intention Setting: A guided moment to consciously choose what you want to invite into your life, energy, or mindset this spring. This is an invitation to journal to create clarity and focus.
- Breath & Blooming Meditation: A guided meditation combining breathwork and visualization. The “blooming” imagery often represents personal growth, opening the heart, or stepping into a new version of yourself, using slow, intentional breathing to support relaxation and presence.
- Elemental Dance Release: Elemental Dance Release is a movement-based practice that uses music, rhythm, and embodiment to help release stored emotions, stress, and energetic tension through the body. It’s often inspired by the natural elements earth, water, fire, and air. Each element representing a different emotional or energetic expression.
We look forward to seeing you there!
