About this Event
As the season begins to shift and the world slowly comes back to life, this workshop is an invitation to soften. Not to push, not to force, and not to fix, but to gently return to yourself.
Softening Into Spring is a reflective and heart centered experience designed to help you reconnect with who you are beneath expectations, relationship status, past narratives, or whatever chapter of life you may be navigating right now. Just as the earth transitions from dormancy into renewal, you are allowed to release what no longer serves you and grow toward what feels aligned, present, and true.
Through guided reflection, intentional conversation, and creative exploration, we will explore what it means to let go of what was. Old stories, identities, disappointments, and timelines that no longer fit.
We will also explore how to consciously move toward what is. Not who you think you should be. Not who you once were. But who you are becoming.
What Participants Will Walk Away With:
• A beautifully designed workbook filled with thoughtful journal prompts and reflection exercises
• Guided practices to help clarify what is ready to bloom in this next season of life
• Tangible integration tools to support continued growth after the workshop
• Curated resources for self reflection, renewal, and emotional grounding
• A deeper sense of self trust and inner steadiness
• Greater clarity around what they are releasing and what they are choosing to grow toward
• A sense of connection to themselves and others who are also choosing conscious growth
This is not about reinventing yourself. It is about remembering yourself and allowing that remembrance to gently shape how you move through the season ahead.
