About this Event
Join us for a soft and slow morning of yin yoga with somatic healing support to help you ground and open.
Yin yoga helps us increase our range of motion by loosening fascia that can constrict and hold us in tightness. Somatics offers support for the nervous system, allowing us to come into the body and be present with more of our experience.
Feel free to bring your own yoga mat, bolsters, blocks or other props if you have them - and if not, we will have supplies available to use.
