About this Event
Join Arianna Dela Rosa (Empowerment Coach) and Michelle Han (Artist & Healer) for Soft Space: Where Emotions, Art, and Advocacy Meet — a 4-hour immersive retreat for those beginning their journey into healing, creativity, self-discovery, and social advocacy.
Designed especially for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) who are just starting to explore what advocacy and personal healing can look like for them, this gathering will serve as a gentle entry point: a place to connect, experiment, and leave with tangible tools you can continue to use in your own life.
Through a mix of somatic exploration, creative expression, and reflective conversation, we’ll uncover how art and body-based practices can help us process emotions, clarify the roles we want to play in movements for change, and ground us in self-trust as we step into advocacy in a way that feels authentic and sustainable. We’ll close with a powerful community reflection circle, weaving together insights from the day and inviting each participant to leave with a deeper sense of belonging, possibility, and next steps on their personal path.
