SOFT + SERENE women’s circle
Join us for a calming and nurturing women's circle where we will focus on embracing our softness and finding serenity within ourselves in a truly magical and beautifully set up space. This in-person event will include gentle yoga, guided meditation led by Bella and heartfelt discussions to help you connect with your inner peace and community. As well, a beautiful sound healing to ignite more openness in the mind, body and soul. Open to all women looking to unwind and recharge in a supportive and uplifting environment. Come as you are and leave feeling refreshed, empowered and grounded. We will be enjoying some vegan cacao to ignite more heart opening moments and warmth within us all. As well, there will be a mini wellness gift bag for each attendant to take home so they can bring a little piece of this magical event home with them!
