Soft Power Sunday is a women-led tropical brunch at Ellipsis, taking place the morning after the Vancouver Cocktail Week Gala. Falling on International Women’s Day, this special gathering is hosted in a female-owned and fully female-operated space, featuring Flor de Caña rum cocktails, tropical flavors, and music by DJ Chelse setting the tone for an easy, sun-washed Sunday.
Upon arrival, ease into the afternoon with a Flor de Caña welcome cocktail. Designed for recovery, connection, and good conversation, this is your space to unwind at your own pace; please feel free to join us whenever you’re ready starting from 12 pm. Whether you roll in for the first pour or drop by later in the afternoon, we’ll be here celebrating a relaxed close to a full week of programming until 4 pm.
