Learn soft pastel techniques and create your own pastel artwork.Your opportunity to learn the fundamentals of pastels and create your own stunning pastel on paper artwork. Art quality pastels and Art Spectrum Colourfix paper is used. Cost includes all art materials needed, a frame for your finished artwork and morning tea (BYO lunch).
This workshop is suitable for all levels. No experience is necessary. Children 12 and over allowed with an accompanying adult.
Historic Settlers Cottage is located at 180 Pearson Street, Churchlands, is owned by the National Trust and currently used as Art Studios. The setting is idyllic, nestled close to the Herdsman Lake, surrounded by trees and wildlife. The venue for our workshops is in the adjacent Shelter area (outdoor undercover with weather protection) and on the shady verandahs of the cottage. This is the perfect way to enjoy art activities.

$165 per person includes:
* Guided step-by-step instruction and expert tuition from Louise will help you master this medium.
* Use of all materials and equipment including easel, artist quality pastels, pastel paper, pastel accessories, rags , apron and frame.
* Delicious morning tea. (BYO lunch).
* Glass of wine or bubbles and nibbles afterwards to celebrate your creation.
The framed masterpiece you create is yours to take home!
