About this Event
Ease into your day with a gentle slow flow to support a calm and positive start. This class is for those who prefer a slower start without rushing, creating space for gratitude and intention.
Expect a longer savasana (8-10 minutes) at the end of class, allowing you to fully settle, integrate, and set the tone for the day ahead.
Open to all levels, this is your invitation to begin the day softly, with presence and care.
What to bring:
- Clothing you can comfortably move in
- Yoga mat

BUILDING AND PARKING INSTRUCTIONS: Park in any available spot in the lot outside of building. Door code to enter is 1111#, studio is located on the 2nd floor, 1st business on the left. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle into the space. Can't wait to flow with you!
