About this Event
From “match”-making disputes, via considerations of what constitutes “the author’s own intellectual creation” and the UK court considering issues of infringement of foreign trade marks to the Court of Appeal ruling on supermarket trade mark wars, there have been some interesting decisions over the past year. AIPPI UK is pleased to announce the return of Benet Brandreth KC and Kyra Nezami of 11 South Square, who will take us on a tour of the important decisions of the last twelve months.
Book early to avoid disappointment. In person only event - hosted at A&O Shearman. Registration starts at 17:45 with drinks served after the event.
Attendance is free for members and new applicants for membership. The charge for non-members is £50.00, payable online at the time of registration.
There are a limited number of free tickets available for students in full-time education, on a first come, first served basis (proof of full time student status must be sent to [email protected] before the date of the event).
