We're hosting two open hiring events and want to meet you in person! Stop by on Tuesday, April 14th or Wednesday, April 15th from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Dallas DFW Airport, 5800 High Point Drive, Irving, TX 75038. This is an open call with no appointments necessary — we're hiring on the spot, first come, first served, so we encourage you to arrive early.
To make the most of your visit, come dressed in business attire, bring two forms of identification, and have multiple printed copies of your resume ready — resumes will not be accepted by phone and there is no on-site printing available.
About This Opportunity
Sodexo Live! — the hospitality force behind the world’s most iconic venues, from major stadiums and arenas to convention centers and premier airport lounges — is hiring across multiple positions for the Chase Sapphire Lounge at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. This is a rare opportunity to join an all-star hospitality team at one of DFW’s most exclusive traveler destinations, with full-time hours, competitive pay, and a complete benefits package from day one.
We’re building our team from the ground up and have openings across four job families. Whether you’re a seasoned bartender, an experienced cook, a dependable support worker, or a service-focused dining attendant — there’s a place for you here. All positions are full-time with biweekly pay and no tipping required.
Open Positions & Pay Ranges
• Hospitality Team Members — $20.00 to $23.10/hr
– Premium Bartender (Non-Tipped) · Concierge / Receptionist · F&B Runner
• Restaurant Support Staff — $19.00 to $20.50/hr
– Bar Back / Beverage Attendant · Utility Worker (Dishwasher) · Porter / Stock Worker · Appearance Care Ambassador
• Kitchen Team — $21.00 to $28.00/hr
– Kitchen Supervisor · Lead Cook · Cook · Prep Cook
• Food & Beverage Attendants & Servers — $20.00/hr
– F&B Attendant (Wait Staff — Non-Tipped)
What to Expect
The Chase Sapphire Lounge at DFW is a premium, high-touch environment where every detail matters. You’ll be part of a professional team committed to delivering elevated food, beverage, and guest experiences to travelers every day. Roles span front-of-house hospitality, culinary production, beverage service, and operational support — all working together to make the lounge exceptional.
What We’re Looking For
• 2–3+ years of experience in hospitality, food service, culinary, or facility support roles
• Professional demeanor and a genuine commitment to guest service
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable attendance and a team-first attitude
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• Role-specific certifications may apply (bartending license, ServSafe, food handler card)
