Sodankylän 41. elokuvajuhlia vietetään aamusta yöhön 10.–14. kesäkuuta 2026. Tapahtuma vie näytöksillään naurun, itkun ja musiikin äärelle sekä elokuvahistorian merkkitapausten pariin.Ohjelmisto sekä tekijävieraat julkistetaan toukokuussa 2026. Festivaalin ohjelmakartta julkaistaan maanantaina 25.5. Samana päivänä tulevat myyntiin sarjakortit. Näytöslippujen ennakkomyynti alkaa verkossa keskiviikkona 27.5.
Sodankylässä elokuvan juhla jatkuu läpi vuorokauden, ja näytökset pyörivät kellon ympäri kaikissa neljässä esityspaikassa. Oli kellonaika mikä hyvänsä, keskiyön aurinko pitää virkeänä elokuvaesityksestä ulos astuessa!
Elokuvista ja muusta festivaaliohjelmasta pääset nauttimaan keskiviikkoaamupäivästä 10.6. alkaen aina myöhäiseen sunnuntai-iltaan 15.6. asti.

The 41st Sodankylä Film Festival will be celebrated from morning to night on June 10–14, 2026. With its film screenings, the event brings audiences to moments of laughter, tears, and music, as well as to landmark works in film history.
The programme and visiting filmmakers will be announced in May 2026. The festival’s programme schedule will be released on Monday, May 25. Serial cards will go on sale the same day. Screening ticket sales will begin online on Wednesday, May 27.
In Sodankylä, the festival continues all day and night, with screenings going on in the four venues around the clock. No matter the time of day, the midnight sun will keep you feeling fresh as you step out of the screening! The festival gathers both legendary filmmaker guests and rising stars of the next generation to beyond the Arctic Circle, offering both new film gems and the best that film history has to offer.
You can enjoy films and other festival events from Wednesday morning on June 10 until late Sunday night on June 14.
