Come join Verity / Shuyavi on Monday 26th August at 2.30pm at The Swan Pub where you can mingle and chat with new people before we head to the Carnival.
We will leave the pub at 4pm SHARP and start making our way to the street party which goes on till the wee early morning. This is going to be a fun lively outdoors event and street party. The Carnival celebrations take over the streets of W10 west London. The nearest tube stations are Notting Hill Gate Holland Park and Ladbroke Grove. This is a very relaxed event everyone is there for the same reason to socialise and have a good day out make new friends where we will get to know each other and at the same time feel a desire to mingle and socialize with likeminded individuals!
If you are NEW to my events or thinking of joining - then there is no need to worry. Verity will be there to greet you when you arrive and introduce you to each other. Most people arrive on their own to the event and by the end of the day/ night they have made new friends and put new contacts in their phones.
PLEASE! DONT TURN UP UNLESS YOU HAVE BOUGHT A TICKET IN ADVANCE / CASH IS NOT ACCEPTED AT THE EVENT / YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY..
How our event works:
Socialite Connections are inviting our members and their guests to mix and mingle from 2.30pm onwards in a nice friendly atmosphere. (We leave the bar at 4pm SHARP! Please don’t be late; we are not going back to the bar to collect you!)
PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS: Verity / Shutavi is your hosts. We will be at the Swan at 2.30pm and we will wait until 4pm no later and then we will start making our way to the party. (Please don't be late as it will be very hard to find us in the carnival crowd)
I recommend that you stay near the hosts please take down all hosts mobile numbers and don’t venture too far away from the hosts. We don’t want to lose anyone in the crazy crowd: 2.5 million people are excepted to go to the carnival in 20024.
Please wear comfortable shoes/ trainers as there will be lots of walking wear comfy lose clothes as there will be lots of dancing. Please bring cold drinks as it will be expensive in the area if you want to buy it. (Bring cash but make sure it’s in a zipped up bag or wallet as pickpockets will be everywhere. Make sure you have cash if you want to buy food or drinks from the vendors)
I suggest everyone get into groups of three and four and exchange mobile contact numbers with each other so you don’t get lost as there will be millions of people partying just like you at the carnival (Please exchange contact numbers with your hosts / group I don’t want anyone getting lost)
