Join me and Wild Dook Sauna for a relaxed social winter dook with swims, sauna sessions, hot herbal tea, and homemade cake. I'll will share tips on safe winter swimming as you enjoy the full power of hot and cold in good company. Option to have a delicious lunch in the Moffat Distillery after, not included. £30 per person for swim and sauna.
