Join the Des Moines Art Center’s March Social Saturday event: Entirely Kids! Come play, create, and explore during a lively afternoon of art and discovery! Designed especially for children and families, this playful, high-energy event invites our creative community to explore, make, and discover together throughout the Art Center museum galleries and Art School studios.Throughout the day, young visitors and their grown-ups can enjoy hands-on art making, gallery experiences, interactive workshops, scheduled storytime, and performances. With a rhythm of planned activities and space to explore in between, Social Saturday: Entirely Kids encourages curiosity, connection, and shared discovery — while helping kids practice being thoughtful, engaged museum visitors.
