Indigenous Peoples Task Force will help us start in a good way with the tobacco ceremony. Tito, Donald and Daryl are the Emcee, Stickman and Whipman for this event. Food will be catered by Mukwa Roberts. First 20 individual drummers will be provided a stipend of $100.
