Our emotions tell a story, painting a vivid picture of our inner experiences and how we respond to the world around us. Recognizing and interpreting these emotional stories is crucial. That’s where Fraser comes in. Therapy teaches children, teens, and adults to recognize how emotions feel in their bodies and then provides the tools to manage and respond to overwhelming sensations or situations.
