You can't show up confidently when your body is in threat mode. You'll learn practical nervous system regulation tools so that high-stakes moments stop triggering your fight, flight, freeze, or fawn response.
03 - Behaviour & Body Language
Practice Until It Becomes You
Posture, eye contact, voice, movement, and presence, these aren't things you either have or don't. They're skills. You'll practice them in the room with real-time feedback until they feel like yours.
