This workshop is held in a safe, judgement-free environment. Our instructors help you comfortably come out of your shell using fun, interactive exercises. These activities are designed to help participants build confidence and reduce social anxiety through improvisation.The improv lessons provide much more than laughing with each other! Participants will learn about the power of positive self-talk, how playing is self-care, and some strategies for managing unhelpful thoughts and emotions.
WHEN:
Every TUESDAY for 4 weeks starting Tuesday July 2nd - July 23rd
6PM to 7:30PM at Sugar Space Studios 132 S 800 W, Salt Lake City, UT.
OPTIONAL SHOW - July 28th, 7PM
This is for students--mixed with some of our pros--to perform their newly learned skills for friends and family. To participate in the show in a supportive environment. Students are welcome to just watch the show to their comfort level.
COST
$200 for all 4 weeks of class + Show

Throughout the course students will harness positivity, confidence, and equip practical tools for managing anxiety in social situations. And like any of our classes, you just might make a few friends along the way. All folks are welcome regardless of race, gender, orientation, status, age, or ability!
