Class Description -
The SOCANOMICS® signature dance fitness method is a Women’s Health Magazine approved full-body, sweat-inducing, cardio party that seamlessly combines dance, fitness, and Soca music into a fun & energetic workout! Rooted in its culture, SOCANOMICS® transforms your normal workout into an epic 60-minute dance fitness party and effective way of exercising.
You will learn all the moves you need to know for a caribbean fete, set to the sweetest soca music, and sneak in a workout. You’ll build endurance, increase your metabolism, activate your core, tighten and tone your legs, enhance your rhythm and burn up to 1,000 calories.
Socanomics is open to all fitness levels and designed for people of all shapes, sizes, backgrounds and identities. Socanomics is a space for people who want to move their bodies to the sound of Soca.
No previous training is required, but open-mindedness is a prerequisite. Get lost in the vibes, remove all of your inhibitions and come sweat, laugh, and fall in love with this fun & addictive dance party. It’s a vibe!
What you need: water, comfortable clothes, sneakers, and a flag or small towel!!
