Soca Waisted is a high fitness-vibe, waistline-focused Caribbean dance class created to help you feel GOOD, move freely, and reconnect with your confidence and power — all while having fun with your girls.

1. Do I need dance experience to join?
Not at all! This class is beginner-friendly and open to ALL skill levels. I’ll guide you step by step — come exactly as you are.
2. What should I wear?
Anything comfortable that lets you move freely — leggings, shorts, crop tops, sets… if you can wine in it, it works!
3. What should I bring?
Water, a towel, and good energy! We’ll be sweating, so hydration is a must.
4. Is this class women-only?
While this is a Galentine’s celebration centered around feminine energy and sisterhood, everyone is welcome to attend and enjoy the vibes.
5. Can I record content during class?
Light recording is allowed during designated moments. Please be mindful and respectful of others. I’ll also be capturing content for those who want clips to share!
