About this Event
Ignite Unity & embrace the spirit of Carnival as we flow through an intentional & dedicated yoga asana sequence to open the body & hips. Expect plenty bacchanal & soca in this mindful, expansive, & energizing session!
Class has limited space to ensure an intentional setting. The flow will be about 75 mins including a free flow dance session at the end & mocktails!
We will be flowing outdoors (weather permitting) with an alternate indoor space if needed.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in. Please have anything you may need to make your practice comfortable - yoga mat, yoga blocks, bolsters, water, etc.
