Good morning Sober Southington! Myself and Mariah Russell are very excited to announce the start of our book club! 📚
The first book we are going to be reading is The Silent Patient by Alex Michaelides. The Silent Patient is a 2019 psychological thriller about a psychotherapist who becomes obsessed with treating one of his patients, a famous painter, who has gone silent after murdering her husband.
We are going to have our first meeting at Factory Square on Monday 12/29 from 6-8 pm.
We also would like to have everyone come prepared with book titles for our next reads! We will have paper and pens to write down the titles and put them in a jar to pull our next reads for the club at the end of each meeting.
We are both very excited to start this club and look forward to reading along with you all. ☺️
*books do not have to be about recovery, we are open to any and all suggestions for our next books*
