Grief is a tender part of the human journey. Whether it comes through the loss of a loved one, a relationship, a job, or changes in health, it asks us to pause, honor what was, and open gently to what is. In this 60-minute grief yoga class, we’ll weave together gentle movement, mindful breath, and healing sound to support body, mind, and spirit. Through these practices, we invite the heaviness of grief to soften, allowing space for renewal, compassion, and a deeper sense of purpose.
This is a sacred space for healing and connection—where you are welcome exactly as you are. No yoga experience is necessary.
