Join us on December 6th, from 6-9pm, for a sober sauna sesh that’s all about good energy, honest chats, and feeling amazing (without the hangover).
We’ll kick off with a short panel talk on mental health, anxiety, and why we’re ditching the chaos for clarity, followed by a sauna party with electronic music, matcha + ginger shots, and healthy snacks.
Expect connection, warmth (literally), all in a beautiful wellness space with like-minded people who just get it.. Come sweat it out, stay for the vibes!
