After the beautiful success of our first Sober Rave, it truly felt like a calling. This is so much more than just a rave it’s about empowerment, connection, and moving our bodies freely without any substances which is a huge passion for me and to join it all together is magical … just high on life.
If you’re in recovery, sober curious, or simply seeking a safe space to dance, feel free, and experience true connection, this space is for you.
We will once again be using Jess Soul Fitness Studio, which is such a beautiful space. The energy there last time was amazing and the perfect setting for us to come together, move, and connect. ✨
Let’s share this with friends partners & family and show that sober dancing is the new cool. Also having the elements of the calm too.

We’ll have our very own house music DJ taking us on a journey through sound — not just any music, but deep, soulful beats that make your body want to move, shake, and dance. The music will guide the journey, dropping uplifting deep house beats throughout the night to lift the energy and keep you moving freely on the dance floor.

This is a beautiful fusion of self-care, dance, sound healing, and meditation — all under one roof.
We’ll begin by sharing Blue Lotus Tea, gently opening the heart and setting intentions for the evening. From there, we’ll move into slow, gentle movements as the body begins to warm up… arms start to flow, eyes begin to close… and then — let the beat drop. 🎶
Set your own intentions through movement, or simply come along for a beautiful sober Saturday night of dancing and connection. No pressure, no expectations — just presence.
As the night draws to an end, the music will soften and you’ll be invited to lie down, get cosy, and reconnect with your breath. You’ll be guided through a calming meditation for body, mind, and spirit, followed by the deeply healing sounds of crystal bowls, gong, chimes, and nature sounds, restoring you back to a place of deep calm and balance. ✨
