"A truly magical experience that can only be experienced by taking part and attending an event"
A day with Dave and the onebreath team giving you the opportunity to experience both Breath Power, a multi-sensory breathwork combining sounds and music with guided breathing patterns, and SOAR Breathwork, derived from the emotional intelligence teachings of Sanjay Shah.
Registration will be open from 9.30am, ready for a 10.00am start.
The day will start with an introduction to breathwork, an explainantion of the days breathwork sessions and what to exptect, followed by a short break before we launch into a full Breath Power experience.
In the afternoon you get the opportunity to immerse yourself into SOAR Breathwork
We aim to be finished by 5.00pm
Clean, sterilised, yoga mats are provided although feel free to bring your own if you prefer, otherwise all you need do is arrive with the intention to get the most out of the day.
Complimentary car parking at the venue is included in your ticket price.

Terms Conditions and Special Requirements
Participants are responsible for their own health and wellbeing during a breathwork session.
Whilst you will be supervised and monitored during the breath sessions, by taking part, you take full responsibility for your health and wellbeing. You also accept you are responsible for any consequences resulting from the sessions.
Guidance on breathing and breathing techniques will be given throughout the sessions.
If you are in any doubt as to whether or not any pre-existing, or chronic, health condition may be affected by participating in heightened breathing techniques, please contact us to discuss the implications prior to purchasing a ticket.
By participating in this event, you are giving your permission, and accept, that you may be recorded and agree that recorded information may be used for advertising, promotion, presentation and/or training purposes. No active breathwork sessions will be used in advertising or promotional material. We will treat all such information with sensitivity.
In the event you are unable to attend, tickets are refundable (less payment fees) until the 11th April, after which your ticket can be transferred to our next event at no additional cost.
