Soap or Trinket Dish Pottery Class - Handbuilding Ceramics Workshop

Join us at Two Faced Ceramics on Melrose Ave in West Hollywood for a fun, beginner-friendly pottery class! In this hands-on workshop, you’ll create your very own ceramic soap or trinket dish while learning introductory handbuilding techniques. No experience is needed, just bring your curiosity and creativity! Perfect for a creative date night, outing with friends, or a relaxing solo experience.

This class focuses on handbuilding pottery and does not include wheel throwing.

Little Hands Are Welcome!
Children ages 3–10 are invited to join our classes with the purchase of a Children’s Ticket. Please note:

• Every Children’s Ticket must be with an accompanying Adult Ticket.
• The adult must remain present throughout the entire class.
• Children arriving without an adult will not be admitted.

This policy helps us ensure a safe, fun, and supportive experience for all participants.

• Craft your own ceramic soap or trinket dish with guidance from our instructors
• Choose from six glaze finishes: matte white, matte dark aqua, green, blue, opal, or pink
• Learn introductory pottery and handbuilding techniques suitable for beginners
• Finished pieces available for pick-up 4-6 weeks after class

Materials & Attire

• All pottery materials and aprons provided
• Please wear clothes you don’t mind getting dusty
• Bring a sketchbook or inspiration ideas if you’d like

Please arrive 15 minutes early and allow extra time to find street parking, which can be limited at this location.
