This is a time of intimacy with the Father. The Father has been calling us unto Himself. Join us as we enter into His rest via gentle movement/stretching, meditating on the word of God and resting in His presence. We are making room for the Holy Spirit to breathe on us as we cultivate this time and space for Him! Come in comfortable work out clothing. Everything else will be provided.🙌🏾
