Join us at our London St James's flagship store for an exclusive, intimate encounter where high-end gastronomy meets the rugged elegance of Japanese outdoor design.
This isn't just a dinner; it’s a front-row seat to a masterclass in precision. Michelin-starred chef Ivan Tisdall-Downes—renowned for his innovative approach to seasonal British ingredients—takes over the Snow Peak hearth for one night only. Situated at the Chef’s Table, you will be inches away from the action, watching Ivan craft a sophisticated multi-course menu entirely on Snow Peak’s iconic Iron Grill Table (IGT) system.

The Menu
The evening features a four-course starting with delicate snacks and ending with a palate-cleansing broth. Each stage is accompanied by a thoughtfully selected drink pairing (with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options available).
To Begin: Snacks & Amuse-Bouche
- Yorkshire Rhubarb: A vibrant opening with Brown Sugar & Szechuan spice.
- Smoked Anchovy Croustade: Onion confit and savory Gribiche topped with fresh chives.
- Oyster: Served with a bright, spicy Kosho Mignonette.
The Main Sequence
- Course 1: Delicate Seabass paired with a rich fish bone caramel and dashi infused with wild nettle.
- Bread Course: Warm, pillowy Milkbread served with fragrant Melilot (sweet clover) butter.
- Course 2: Succulent Lobster in a velvety Beurre Blanc, accompanied by earthy Oyster and Enoki mushrooms.
- The Transition: A clarifying palate cleanser crafted from a savory scallop frill broth.
- Course 3: Hand-dived Scallops balanced with a vibrant Cauliflower Green Curry and the crunch of peanut.
- Course 4: A finale of White Chocolate Cremeaux, perfectly offset by tart Rhubarb and woody Rosemary.
