Feeling stuck? Looking for a little positivity and practical ways to move forward? Join our 3 hour interactive workshop designed for Sovereign residents and customers to explore hope in real, achievable ways.

Through engaging activities, participants will:

• Map their own hope and recognize strengths and resources already in their lives
• Build a personal Hope Toolbox full of practical strategies to cope with challenges
• Notice and celebrate Moments of Light—the small wins and joys that make life brighter

This is a hands-on, inspiring workshop that shows hope isn’t just an idea - it’s something you can practice every day. Leave with tangible tools, small goals, and a renewed sense of possibility.
