We are happy to announce that for the first 4 weeks there will be 30 mins of solo body control / flow / isolation work with Jean, followed by approx. 60 mins of Tarraxo , with Jean & Frances - finishing with practica
▪️Frances placed 2nd at Global Tarraxo, Montreal 2025, and 1st at Mexico Kizomba Congress J&J ; she’ll be bringing lots of experience and inspiration to the classes!
▪️Jean, has created workshops for KIZZUP Playdate Vol 3 and Vol 6 and is a core part of Snack Saida
*The second 4 weeks we will have 60 mins of Tarraxo, and 60 mins of UrbanKiz, building on material provided by Jack and Sara and Val’r and Sarah after VOL 7
** Pls note, second half of content will be confirmed post VOL 7 @kizzup_playdate
