The Kids Meeting will start at 6pm and will held at the Sacramento County Cooperative Building located at 4145 Branch Center Rd., Sacramento, CA 95827.Note: Additional parking is available across the street in the Juvenile Hall Detention Facility's parking lot.
We hope to get more children involved in the earth sciences and rockhounding and geological-minded pursuits, and so we encourage all children to get involved in this amazing hobby.
There will be some kind of an activity that they will be able to do – usually something that will allow them to get closer to earning another “Rock Stars of America” badge and always something that is fun!
After their activity, they have a little potluck of their own (as waiting through the presentation for the Main Meeting can be tough for our littles) so feel free to bring snacks or beverages to share for the Kids Potluck!

The Main Educational Meeting will start at 7pm, after the Kid's Meeting. They are welcome to stay if they like!
