This year's annual Indiana SMRP chapter membership/membership drive dinner is being held at Back 9 Golf Facility located in downtown Indianapolis. The event is free to current chapter members and those interested in becoming a member. The list of people considering membership should include and not be limited to persons in roles: maintenance, equipment operations, engineering, stores/warehouse/inventory, all levels of plant leadership and supervisors, CMMS support, planners & schedulers, reliability engineers, environmental health and safety, capital asset lifecycle management, site validators/commissioners and more.

We will have a guest speaker discussing a relevant leadership & reliability topic that will give you useful insights and key takeaways.

Agenda:

5:30pm – Registration / Drinks

6:00pm - Chapter Presentation – BOD Vote / Food starts

7:00pm - Guest Speaker Presentation – ??? with ???

8:00pm - Driving Range (leave when you like)

Other events at the dinner include:

• Making board nominations and election of officers.
• Put out a call for scholarship applicant names.
• Provide members with an end of year chapter financial report update
• The board is positioning itself to do even more great work for Indiana and surrounding area businesses. We will ask for help on the board, IndyCon 2025, and brand new committees - If we have not heard from you already and you want to help, please send an email to the event organizer and let us know you are interested in lending a hand.
• Provide members a chance to update their chapter membership dues. Please bring a check $75/3 years or $25/yr

Over the past 17 years, the SMRP Indiana Chapter has brought maintenance and reliability best practice information to the doorsteps of countless businesses. This chapter is embarking on a new journey to deepen the way we help area plants. With tools, techniques, training, workshops and more, we want to smooth out the bumps for plants wanting to make the journey towards a reliable workplace. We are expanding our chapter to meet this challenge and still looking for people with certain skill sets interested in helping to make this a reality.

1. Do I need to bring a printed ticket? It is helpful but not "required".
2. Bring a check, you can update your chapter dues: $75/3 years or $25/yr
3. Can someone else use my ticket? If possible, please give the event organizer prior notice. If the person attending is a non-member and using a member ticket, they will need to pay the difference.
4. Two alcoholic beverage tickets will be available per registrant with dinner.
5. Are kids allowed? No
6. Parking? Parking is readily available.
